renting a stall
The
markets spreading along Chalk Farm Road / Camden High Street
are not all under one management, so each has different stall
booking arrangements.
Some markets have preferences for traders selling particular
types of goods so if you would like to rent a stall it is a
good idea to first visit in person, take a good look around,
and then later contact the offices of those markets which seem
most appropriate for what you are selling.
Rents vary from market to market and are usually cheaper Monday
to Friday than at the weekend.
With the possible exception of the Christmas period it is usually
possible to turn up on the day and get a casual stall. Then
after a few weeks as a casual you should be able to apply for
a regular pitch.
